Mechanical Vapor Recompression Crystallizers

Epiphany’s flagship products:
the ECV25 and the ECV250

The ECV25 and ECV250 have the same mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) process and rigorous design philosophy at their core.

Both can distill water from having up to 30% total dissolved solids (TDS) to less than 0.02% TDS - as clean as or cleaner than tap water.

Both operate at 95% of theoretical efficiency, higher than any other affordable MVR technology available today. Both were designed from the ground up for compactness, rapid scale-up, mass manufacture, quick deployment, and reliable operation.

Both are built largely from standardized off-the-shelf components with non-exotic materials. And both employ state-of-the-art software controls with remote data logging and built-in safety measures that allow the user to control them from anywhere.

Each has been optimized for different water volumes and applications, granting flexibility when selecting the ideal treatment solution. The ECV25 is housed in a standard shipping container giving it portability while maintaining high throughput capacity.

The ECV250 was built from the ground up for higher-volume industrial applications. Its ruggedized, modular design means that a ECV250 facility can easily range from 250 bbl/day of capacity to over 2500 bbl/day, simply by adding on more units.
